The Polish warehouse market was bolstered by 683,400 sqm of new supply in the third quarter, according to Colliers International. At the end of September, storage space in Poland exceeded 15 million sqm, which means that in the last five years the total surface volume has doubled. Almost 2 million sqm are under construction. In the third quarter, the vacancy rate in Poland for industrial space increased slightly, reaching 4.5 percent. The largest amount of vacant space was recorded in Warsaw and the eastern regions, according to Colliers.
