The Polish Union of House Developers (PZFD) took 100 sqm of office space at Plac Unii in Warsaw. The new office is set to open at the beginning of next year. Delivered in October 2013, the project provides a total of 56,800 sqm of leasable space, of which 41,300 sqm are offices and 15,500 sqm are retail.
PZFD is a nationwide association representing more than 100 employers operating on the real estate market. Its main goals include establishing relations between developers and residential buyers. The group also works to decrease administrative and legal hurdles within the housing market and acts as a platform to share sustainable development ideas.
