Polish warehouse market recovering

27 September 2012

The Polish warehouse market showed signs of recovery during the first half of the year. However, Bartosz Mierzwiak, Vice President and Market Officer for Prologis Poland, said he does not expect many new investments to kick off in the near-term, especially in Warsaw, where demand fell in June and July. Growth in the warehouse sector, according to Mierzwiak, will now depend on tenant demand.
