Pollack Shores broke ground on a new 282-unit luxury apartment community in Viera. The first units at Marisol at Viera should be ready in April 2016. Completion of the whole project is set for October 2016. Matrix Residential, Pollack Shores’ multi-family residential management division, will manage the property. Marisol at Viera will bring Pollack Shores’ Florida portfolio to more than 4,400 units, valued at more than $550 million.
“We are very excited to kick off Marisol at Viera as part of the growing Viera community. We feel that the residents in the area are looking for the convenience of a walkable community, upscale finishes and high-end amenities, all of which can be found here,” said Michael Blair, the managing director of Pollack Shores.
