Bartosz Puzdrowski resigned as chairman of Polnord, after just two years in the position. Piotr Wesołowski will replace him. “This was chairman Puzdrowski’s decision. He wants to develop his career in the commercial property sector,” Wesołowski told the business server parkiet.pl. According to Wesołowski, Polnord will continue to focus on the residential sector, which includes long-term investments like the Miasteczko Wilanów and Port Praski projects. The company also has a few new projects in the works, said Wesołowski, adding that more details would be disclosed in the coming months.
