Polnord hopes to have up to five housing projects under development at the same time in Warsaw and TriCity, the daily Puls Biznesu reports. “We want to build large projects, such as Miasteczko Wilnów,” Piotr Wesołowski, Polnord’s new head, told the daily Puls Biznesu. The developer will focus on popular residential projects. It is also thinking about entering the social and municipal housing sector.
Polnord has recently set up a JV with the company Waryński to build 100,000 sqm of new flats in Warsaw.
