Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Young & Rubicam signed five-year leases at Polnord’s Wilanów Office Park in Warsaw. The lease agreements were signed last month for space in the complex’s B3 building, which was delivered in September.
The PR agency Hill+Knowlton Strategies agreed to take 660 sqm, while the international advertising agency Young & Rubicam will take 810 sqm. Avestus Real Estate advised the tenants in the transaction.
CSL Bhering, HDS and Levi’s also recently signed leases at the project.
