In a deal worth €30.8m, Polski Holding Nieruchomości acquired the Betheone and Befree office buildings in Warsaw from Polnord. Located in the Wilanów Office Park on Branickiego street, the two three-story buildings offer a total of 17,500 sqm of office space. The Betheone building opened in 2011 and offers 7,461 sqm of office space and 160 underground parking spots. The Befree office building opened in 2012 and offers 10,117 sqm of office space and 192 underground parking spots. Both buildings have BREEAM Very Good certificates.
