Polski Holding Nieruchomości has secured the final building permit for the construction of Intraco Prime on Stawki street in Warsaw. The office building will offer 14,000 sqm of office space on eight floors. The process for selecting a general contractor is underway. The project has been designed by a consortium of Juvenes-Projekt and Pracownia Obsługi Inwestorów Pro-Invest. Construction work is scheduled to start this year, with completion set for 2021.
