Allied Bingo Supplies of Florida has acquired an industrial property located at 2150 NW 33rd Street in Pompano Beach, FL for $1.4 million, nearly $91.35 per square foot. Built in 1988, the 15,656 square-foot facility sits on a 1.02 acre site within the Whispering Lakes Industrial Park near Sample and Powerline Road. Michael Rauch and Tom Robertson of CRE Rauch, Lupo, Robertson & Co. represented the seller, ACE Investment Holdings.
“The industrial market In Broward County has been tightening since 2013 as values and rents have increased,” said Rauch. “This tightening has made it more difficult for owner/users to find a suitable property and has been the primary reason for the increasing values.”
