Ponderas Hospital, which specializes in treating obesity, signed a lease on 8,000 sqm at Art Business Center and will relocate to the Bucharest office building in early 2015. The hospital rent space at the rear of the building and will have its own entrance. Art Business Center offers 20,000 sqm of space. The tenant mix includes Intesa Sanpaolo, which occupies 3,500 sqm.
