Construction broke ground on the 3T Office Park project in Gdynia. Porr is the general contractor, with Gleeds Polska serving as project manager and coordinator of the BREEAM certification process. AHR Architects designed the scheme. Going up on Kazimierza Górskiego street, 3T Office Park will offer 38,500 sqm in three towers. Two towers will have 10 above-ground floors, while the third tower will have 13 above-ground floors, as well as a two-level underground car park with 420 spots. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2021.
