Porsche acquired a 10-percent stake in Croatian carmaker Rimac Automobili. Rimac develops and produces electric vehicle components and manufactures electric super-sports cars. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Rimac, based in Zagreb, currently employs 400 people. Its main focus is on high-voltage battery technology, electric power trains and the development of digital interfaces.
