Porsche AG will build a new center at Sitac Parc in Berlin-Adlershof. The center will go up on a 98,500 sq ft plot. A unique solar power system will be built on the property in the shape of a pylon.
“As part of Porsche’s growth strategy, the German trade organization is investing more than €200m for new construction and renovation work,” said Jens Puttfarcken, CEO of Porsche Deutschland GmbH. “The new and strategically very important Porsche Center in Berlin-Adlershof will be a significant contributor. As one of Europe’s most modern Porsche Centers, it will create an atmosphere in which the fascination and exclusivity of the Porsche brand will be conveyed to our customers in a memorable way.” Porsche is also planning to refurbish and develop its existing center in Kleinmachnow.
