The second class A building in the Porto Office complex, currently underway in Kraków, is scheduled for completion by the end of the year. Porto Office B, the complex’s first building, offers nearly 5,500 sqm on four floors and is fully leased mostly to IT companies. Porto Office A will offer more than 7,000 sqm. The commercialization of the new project is underway with JLL acting as the project’s leasing agent. Kraków-based IMB Asymetria designed the project.
