The Portonovi resort has opened. Located at the entrance of Montenegro’s Kotor Bay, the property spreads across 26 ha along a 1.8 km stretch of coastline. The first phase of the project features 214 residential units. The second phase is scheduled for completion next year. Azmont Investments is financing the project, which will include Europe’s first One & Only hotel, set to open in 2020.
