Power Distribution North, part of the Czech power utility Energo-Pro, intends to invest €1.8m into the city of Razgrad, northeastern Bulgaria, this year. The money will be used to upgrade medium-voltage power lines and replace power substation equipment. The Bulgarian company, which rebranded from Energo-Pro Grid earlier this year, upgraded the Razgrad’s power grid in 2017.
