Hungarian developer TriGranit secured a construction permit for road infrastructure work connected with its project Poznań City Centre. A total of 2.5 km of new roads will be delivered with the project, and construction on the new road system is expected to begin the fourth quarter of 2013.
Poznań City Centre, which will include offices, a shopping center and a hotel, is going up in the city’s downtown area. The €160m project will have an underground parking garage, as well as railway, tram and bus stations.
