PPF plans residential golf resort

24 February 2012

PPF Real Estate, the property arm of the PPF Group, plans to build a residential project and a golf course in Hostivice to the west of Prague. The project is still in its initial planning stages. The company’s investment manager Tomáš Balvín told ČTK that construction could start by 2014 or 2015. The first phase of construction involves a nine-hole golf course, to be built adjacent to three lakes in Břve. The second phase foresees the construction of ten family homes on large plots. In subsequent phases, the developer plans to build a mix of family houses and villas to the west of the lakes.
