PPF Real Estate Holding, controlled by Czech billionaire Petr Kellner, is said to have entered due diligence to buy the America House offices near Victoriei Square in Bucharest from the French investment fund AEW Europe, according to local news reports. The deal is valued at €90m. America House offers 27,000 sqm and is 93 percent leased to companies like BCR, Ericsson, Deloitte, Cisco and Actavis. In addition to PPF, other investors interested in buying the property include CA Immo and Teddy Sagi.
