PPF to build logistics projects in Russia

17 March 2014

PPF Group is planning to build two logistics projects in Russia’s Rostov region. Its owner Petr Kellner has earmarked CZK 1.9bn for a new logistics center in Aksai, which will offer 20,000 sqm of space, and an industrial zone with 80,000 sqm of usable space. PPF is still scouting locations for the industrial zone. The company recently signed a memorandum of cooperation with a state investment agency in Rostov. Interfax writes that the PPF projects will create 1,050 new jobs.

PPF has already developed several retail and office projects on the Russian market, including M5 Mall in Riazan and Comcity in Moscow.
