PPF to build on Prague 6’s central square

2 November 2012

PPF plans to build a mix use building at Vítězné náměstí in Prague 6, near the Dejvická metro station. The building, to be called the Line, has been designed by architect Radan Hubička. The financial group hopes to start construction in spring 2014, with completion scheduled in autumn 2015. The project is currently going through the EIA process.
The building should offer 13,290 sqm of office space, with additional 1,860 sqm left for shops and cafés. A library and conference space should cover 2,629 sqm. The building will replace a shoddy outdoor market on a plot at the corner of Vítězné square and Verdunská street, where the Prague city council originally planned to build its own new headquarters.
