PPF Real Estate announced it will start construction of the Argentinská hvězda office building in Prague 7 Holešovice. The move follows repeated attempts to win the trust of Prague 7 in a series of tenders launched, and then cancelled, by the municipality’s city council. Argentinská hvězda won a place on the short list each time. The developer is currently in negotiations with other potential tenants for the 28,000 sqm of leasable space in the building.
