PPG Deco Czech has opened its new distribution center in Modřice outside Brno. The producer of Primalex and Balakryl paints leased 6,500 sqm of warehouse space from CTP Invest. Cushman & Wakefield oversaw the search for new premises for PPG Deco, which plans to serve its clients in Moravia and Western Slovakia from the new center. “The storage facility relocation is part of an effort aimed at consolidating our logistic activities and saving both operating costs and working capital,” says Petr Havlena, Logistics Director at PPG Deco Czech. PPG Deco Czech has leased 30 percent of the total area of Hall MO17 at CTPark Modrice II. PPG already leased office space at the Spielberk Office Center in Brno from CTP.
