Platinum Properties Group is planning to start work on a housing project in Russia in the second half of 2013. The developer had originally planned to break ground on the Svetly Dali residential district this year, but failed to obtain all the permits needed to start construction.
The developer said it will take a year to complete the first stage of the scheme. Worth PLN 248m, the project will add nearly 90,000 sqm of new space to the regional market. PPG’s Svetly Dali residential district, which will go up near Moscow, will be able to accommodate several thousand residents once finished. Completion is currently set for 2020.
