PPHU Specjał has extended its warehouse and office lease at Segro Business Park Łódź. The leading FMCG distributor occupies 6,700 sqm, of which 420 sqm is office and welfare space. The tenant was represented during the renegotiations by Cresa. The park provides a total of 54,000 sqm of warehouse space. “We are pleased to have fulfilled our client’s requirements by securing favorable financial conditions and delivering technical expertise during the lease renewal,” said Miłosz Borkowski, senior advisor of the industrial and warehouse department at Cresa Poland.
