The Praedium Group, based in New York City, has closed on the purchase of an Orlando area apartment complex for $49.5 million. Located in Ocoee at 100 Maguire Park Street, the 242 unit community offers units ranging in size from 650 to 1,273 square feet. Common area amenities include a swimming pool and sundeck, 5,600 sqf resident clubhouse with a wet bar and billiards lounge, dog park and a controlled access gated entry.The recently completed property, finished in 2016, was sold by developer Skorman Construction. “Park Place is a high-quality asset in the Windermere/Ocoee submarket with barriers to entry and proximity to the town of Windermere,” added Chris Hughes, principal of The Praedium Group. “We believe the property is well-positioned to benefit from the projected growth in Orlando in the coming years.”
