The coalition of parties likely to take control of Prague 1 is throwing its weight around already and has said it would like to see changes to Penta Investments’ project for the development around the Masaryk train station. The new leadership thinks the company is planning to build too much and that the project would benefit from being “more airy and greener.” It also is calling for public consultation over the changes, though Penta has been holding public meetings over its plans and has set up an observation point overlooking the site to give residents the opportunity to view the work.
