Prague’s 7th district is looking for new headquarters. The tender conditions have been set up according to the results of a January 2013 referendum, where Prague 7 residents voted that any new local council will not cost more than CZK 500m. The bids must be submitted before Nov. 11. The mayor of Prague 7, Jan Čižinský, told ČTK that the municipality prefers to own and not lease its new headquarters, which should be chosen before 2019, when the current lease contract at the building on nábřeží Kpt. Jaroše street ends.
