Two of the ten greenest office buildings in the world are located in Prague, and both were developed by Skanska: Visionary in Prague 7 and Praga Studios in Prague 8. The only city to place more in the Top 10 was Bucharest with three. In fact, 7 of the 10 were located in Europe, which has become a regional center for excellence when it comes to sustainable building construction. Just two of the greenest buildings are found in the United States. Praga Studios tied for fourth place with 97 points while Visionary placed 6th.
“LEED certification at Platinum level is the standard of all buildings that Skanska has completed in the Czech Republic in the last six years. We are very proud that our Czech projects rank among the first places on the list of sustainable buildings not only regionally, but also on a global level.
