Prague Mayor Adriana Krnáčová may be forced to resign following a non-confidence vote by the ANO political party, which she represents. Fifteen of 17 ANO leadership officials in Prague voted against Krnáčová, who could be replaced by her deputy, Eva Kislingerová, writes Echo24.
Krnáčová’s position was weakened by a litany of city council battles, which escalated recently when ANO and Social Democrat councillors rejected proposals for new construction rules for Prague prepared by the deputy for city planning, Matěj Stropnický of the Green party.
