A total of 28,100 sqm of new office space came on the Prague market during Q1 2019, bringing the total volume of modern office stock to 3.51 million sqm. The two new buildings were Rustonka R3 in Prague 8 (12,900 sqm) and Churchill I in Prague 2 (15,200 sqm). According to the Prague Research Forum, there’s currently 337,200 sqm of new office space under construction, but just 14,200 sqm of it was begun during Q1. The PRG reports that gross take-up came to 95,200 sqm in the first quarter of the year, which was 16% more than a year ago. Vacancy, meanwhile, has fallen to just 4.3 percent
