The city of Prague is working on a planning permit for the Radlicka arterial road – a vital transport artery that will connect Prague 5-Zlíchov with the Prague ring road. Half of the 5.5 km, four-lane road will go through tunnels in a project that includes five elevated interchanges. The Prague deputy mayor for transport, Pert Dolínek, hopes the road will help relieve air pollution and noise from the traffic congestion in the area.
