Prague plans to lead Bubny development planning

19 April 2012

The City of Prague will restart negotiations about a change of the master plan of the Bubny area in Prague 7. The deputy mayor Tomáš Hudeček told ČTK that the city has initiated a new study on the use of the area. He said that negotiations failed in the past because private investors with land holdings in the zone failed to come to agreement. Hudeček says this process will be reversed now, with the city leading the planning process and then discussing necessary changes with the investors. The investors include Orco, Prominecon Group and Skanska.
