Prague plans to invest CZK 1.5bn into revitalizing the Prague Holešovice exhibition area. The work is scheduled to take five years to complete. The city recently took over the exhibition grounds from its former operator Incheba. In early September, the city assumed the job of finding events organizers to lease the exhibition space through its company Rozvojové projekty Praha (RPP). The company hopes to earn CZK 55n annually for leasing the space for the events and plans to invest CZK 600m into the main building, which was devastated by fire. Prague has sued Incheba, claiming CZK 1bn in damages it failed to repair.
