A new mixed-used project is being planned on 5ha of land land site located in the Praga Pólnoc district of Warsaw. Called Centrum Praskie Koneser, it’s expected to deliver 70,000 sqm of usable space in total, with 23,500 sqm intended for flats, 22,000 sqm for offices and 22,500 sqm for a shopping center. The investment has been estimated at PLN 410m and is expected to be completed in 2015. The project is a revitalization of an existing building, as well as the development of the new ones.
