Pražák takes over Kellner’s Prague Eye project in Chodov

18 August 2016

Karel Pražák, a former manager at PPF, bought the Prague Eye highrise project Petr Kellner planned to build in Prague 11’s Chodov district. The project includes two towers, approximately 139 and 128 meters tall, designed by CMC architects. The development was stalled after Prague 11 rejected the plans claiming that they were not in line with the valid master plan. Pražák says he is open to negotiations with a potential investor. His company, Kaprain, recently bought the Line office project Kellner planned for Vítězné náměstí in Prague 6. Pražák is partnering with Penta on this scheme but plans to redesign it. He also took over Kellner’s development in Trojmezí.
