The Russian developer Preco Group has entered the Czech market through Rezidence pod Brentovou, a residential scheme the company plans to start building in Smíchov – Prague in spring 2013. The project will target both local and Russian clientele, which has become the strongest international target group in Prague, writes the economic server e15. Preco Group has a few projects planned for the Czech market, and its CEO Pavel Malyšev says it offers Czech partners participation in its projects in Russia, which makes cooperation more interesting.
