Prelios Investment Management in Frankfurt has named Gregor Böhme as Head of Acquisitions. Böhme’s previous work experiences included acting as Senior Asset Manager at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds in Amsterdam and Portfolio Manager at DIC Asset in Frankfurt am Main. Böhme will be reponsible for identifying and carrying out property deals for the Prelios property fund business and for Separate Account Investment Management. The fund targets assets with at least 100,000 inhabitants.
