The Port 95 Business Center has its first tenant, Pembroke Pines based Premier Produce, which is taking 37,205 square feet of the newly constructed Dania Beach distribution center. Located at 2650 Southwest 36th street, Port 95 is a 229,643 square foot distribution center located near with good highway connections. The building has 32 foot ceilings, energy efficient lighting and built to suit offices. Premier Produce services South Florida with a 42 truck fleet and will take occupancy in June 2015. The deal was brokered through Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of the owner, MSG Port 95.
