Developer Presskam has completed a new warehouse in an industrial area in Devínská Nová Ves it has been developing on the outskirts of Bratislava. The first warehouse in the area offers 5,200 sqm of lettable space and has been built speculatively. The developer claims there is interest from automotive suppliers and logistic providers as the company offers 860 sqm units located near the D2 motorway, the Volkswagen manufacturing plant and the Bory commercial zone. Presskam plans to add a second phase next year, as negotiations are underway with end users for two BTS warehouses. The company has 40,000 sqm of warehouse space prepared for construction in the area.
