Stafford Place Associates, a Virginia-based company managed by the Affordable Housing Institute and President Robert C. Hartnett has purchased the Praxis of Deerfield Beach apartments for $14.1 million or $62,946 per apartment. The property is divided into two parcels on a combined 7.7 acres with six buildings for a total of 224 units. Last sold in April 2013 for $7.1 million, the deal was financed with Oak Grove Commercial Mortgage for $11.44 million through Fannie Mae.
