The price for new apartments in Bosnia averaged €800 per sqm in the fourth quarter of last year, up 7.1 percent from the previous year, according to the Statistic Agency of BiH. Just over 920 new apartments were sold in Bosnia in Q4 2018, down 1.5 percent from the same period in 2017. There are currently 3,699 apartments under construction in Bosnia, while a total of 2,515 apartments were completed in 2018.
