According to a study by imobiliare.ro portal, the apartments located on the top floor of buildings are as much as 11.5% cheaper than other apartments on lower floors in the same block and apartments. Those on the ground floor sell for 10.6% less.
The trend is seen in cities across the country, even though values ββare different.
The study was based on prices analysis for 4,454 older, two-room apartments for sale in April.
The biggest price difference was in Constanta, where an apartment on the last floor was sold for β¬42,870 while an apartment on a lower floor was sold for just over β¬48,000.
