The real estate developer Prima Development Group, controlled by Ștefan Kopany, bought from London Partners the 4th phase of the Bucharest residential complex Belvedere Residences, which involves the construction of about 500 apartments, the works having already started. The transaction was brokered by real estate consulting company Crosspoint RealEstate. According to market sources, the transaction would amount to EUR 15 million.
The entire Belvedere Residences project, located in the Barbu Văcărescu area, on Fabrica de Glucoză street, will have 1,500 apartments in 13 buildings and 5,000 sqm of retail space upon completion. The first three phases are already completed.
