Prima Development Group is starting work on a new residential complex in Oradea, Green Residence, which continues the Prima Nufărul project, developed by the company in recent years. Together, the two complexes will form the largest residential complex in Oradea, with over 1,600 apartments.
Green Residence comprises over 800 apartments grouped in six buildings with basement, ground floor and 10 floors. At the beginning of 2023, the first 200 apartments will be ready for delivery to the owners, and another 150 will be completed by the end of 2023. The housing complex will be fully built and finished by 2025.
Prima Development Group currently has 10 residential projects underway and has delivered more than EUR 180 million worth real estate projects since 2005.
