Prima Development Group announced the completion of the first residential project on the Bucharest market. The construction works at Boemia Apartments were started in 2019, and the investment was EUR 8.5 million.
Prima Development Group also has under construction in Bucharest the residential project Core Timpuri Noi with 226 apartments which requires an investment of EUR 20 million.
The developer also recently announced that he wants to expand his presence on the real estate market in the Capital with 500 new apartments delivered annually. One of the company’s ambitious projects is being prepared on a 5-hectare plot of land in the Sisești area, where 1,000 apartments can be built.
