The real estate developer Prima Development Group announces the conclusion of a financing agreement with Libra Internet Bank in the amount of EUR 16.8 million, for the construction of the first phase of the PRIMA Vista project in the Capital. Phase 1 of the project will comprise 2 buildings with a total of 242 apartments. The completion of this first stage is scheduled for the spring of 2024, with the works already started by the developer. The entire PRIMA Vista project will be developed in two phases that will add up to 482 apartments arranged in 4 buildings.
The company’s portfolio includes the Boemia Apartments and Core Timpuri Noi projects in Bucharest and projects such as Prima Nufărul, Arena Residence, Panorama Apartments or Green Residence in Oradea.
