Prima Development Group, a real estate developer from Oradea, wants to start three new projects this year in Bucharest and four in Oradea.
The company sold 640 apartments in 2021, of which 200 in the capital, and wants to exceed 700 units in 2022. In terms of value, Prima Development sold more than RON 250 million in 2021, a record for the company.
“In Oradea, where we complete an average of 500 apartments per year, there is a constant demand for Prima housing. What we are happy about is the significant increase in sales on the Bucharest market. According to our estimates, the upward trend will continue in 2022. We have ambitious plans for the current year, when our presence will be more consistent on the market in the Capital. We are waiting for the authorization of over 2,500 apartments in new projects, in Bucharest, in sectors 1, 2 and 6, where we have identified good development potential “, announces Andrei Moanţ, CEO of Prima Development Group.
