Businessmen Emil and Daniel Tănăsoiu (father and son), owners of the real estate developer Primavera Development, entered into a partnership with entrepreneurs Paulina Stănilă and Constantin Berdilă and, together, started the construction of a residential project with about 100 apartments near the Ovidius University campus, in the Tomis Nord neighborhood in Constanta.
“We bought together a 2,500 sqm plot of land on Aurel Vlaicu Boulevard, no. 317, on which we have now started to build the Primevara Campus complex, which will include about 100 apartments arranged in a block with two sections and two basements,” said the company’s representatives.
The project, to be delivered in two years, involves an estimated investment cost of around EUR 10 million. The block will have a maximum height of 8 storeys and will include studios, studios, 2-bedroom apartments, 3-bedroom apartments and duplexes.
